Meat cutter wanted in Choctaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
