Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Akpabuyo, Cross River State. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 5+ years on the tools preferred.
