Now hiring: we are hiring a body shop technician in Gloucester County, Virginia. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Day to day you will strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
