We are recruiting: paint booth operator (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wood County, Ohio. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
