Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Osage County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
