You should have: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading You will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
