We are recruiting: catering cook (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Caldwell County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
