You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair.
