Vacancy available: aluminium section fitter (Connecticut)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is at an ACP cladding fabricator. The role involves: • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware Requirements: • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
