Finishing plasterer — Niagara County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Niagara County, New York. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. You will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; check walls for plumb and level as you go; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Meals and transport allowance provided.
