Shopfront glazier wanted in Nantucket County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will work in a mirror and glass showroom. The role involves glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Own basic hand tools an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
