Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Walton County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
