Great opportunity: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Ngor-Okpala, Imo State. The job is in a gas distribution network. Day-to-day duties: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
