Escalator technician wanted in Cleveland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an escalator technician in Cleveland County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces The role involves: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
