Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Shoshone County, Idaho. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
