Catering cook • Clark County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Clark County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
