Combi boiler installer wanted in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region

Immediate opening: we are hiring a combi boiler installer in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
