Immediate opening: we are hiring a production machine operator in Henderson County, Tennessee. The job is on a production line. Requirements: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day to day you will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; set up and start the machine as per the job card.
