Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Pamlico County, North Carolina. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Full-time with occasional weekends.
