Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Ikwerre, Rivers State. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; give each garment a final press before packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts.
