Earthmoving equipment operator • Fremont County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Fremont County, Iowa. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
