Safety marshal • Apapa, Lagos State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Apapa, Lagos State. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. On the job you will handle: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦1,600 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
