Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixer in Antelope County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
