You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO 4+ years on the tools preferred.
