Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Valley County, Idaho. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
