Join our team: we are hiring a lathe operator in Dare County, North Carolina. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety The role involves top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
