Great opportunity: head baker (North Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Stutsman County, North Dakota. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
