Now hiring: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin. You will work in shopping malls and office buildings. You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred The role involves: • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
