Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Washington County, Tennessee. The job is at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
