Great opportunity: elevator service technician (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Autauga County, Alabama. The role involves run load and overload tests with test weights; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Part-time with flexible hours.
