Join our team: we are hiring a TIG welder in Ben Hill County, Georgia. The role involves inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
