Urgent requirement: QC technician (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Lee County, Illinois. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems 1+ years on the tools preferred.
