Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Chibok, Borno State. The job is at a busy lift company. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces The role involves: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
