Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Caswell County, North Carolina. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day to day you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
