Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Florence County, Wisconsin. The job is in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
