Now hiring: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Brookings County, South Dakota. The job is on a high-rise façade. Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
