Powder coating technician • Stafford County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Stafford County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
