What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On a typical shift you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent.
