AC installation technician wanted in Capitol Planning Region

Great opportunity: we are hiring an AC installation technician in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is at a refrigeration and cooling firm. Day-to-day duties: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit Requirements: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
