Gas commissioning technician wanted in Liberty County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Liberty County, Texas. You will work in a gas distribution network. Your main tasks: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Able to read isometric and site drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
