Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Franklin County, Massachusetts. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
