Captain waiter • Yuba County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Yuba County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time with occasional weekends.
