We are recruiting: ladle pourer (Montana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Granite County, Montana. The job is on the moulding line. You will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
