Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Chautauqua County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders The role involves: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience.
