Powder coater wanted in Escambia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Escambia County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 2+ years on the tools preferred.
