Meat cutter wanted in Dade County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Dade County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
