Dumper truck operator • Houston County, Alabama

Join our team: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Houston County, Alabama. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Your main tasks: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience.
