Concrete placer wanted in Lake County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete placer in Lake County, Colorado. You will work on a building construction site. On a typical shift you will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours 4+ years on the tools preferred.
