Nursery worker — Bradford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Bradford County, Florida. The job is in a residential garden complex. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers Day-to-day duties: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Full-time with occasional weekends.
