What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
